Jason is a versatile professional with a unique blend of technical software development, creative visual design, and team-building skills. His diverse expertise has led to award-winning websites, mobile apps, and innovations in catalog printing. Fluent in the languages of both creatives and tech professionals, Jason effectively bridges the gap between these worlds. An early adopter, he used email in 1986, built his first website in 1994, and launched his first ecommerce app in 1995.

With 15+ years of global construction leadership as an Owner, EPCM, GC, and Specialty Contractor, Marcus brings diverse insights to the team. Currently leading Account Management at BuilderFax, he combines project management, leadership, and construction tech startup experience for customer satisfaction and efficient commitment delivery. Marcus is a versatile professional, seamlessly blending industry leadership with cutting-edge technological proficiency.

Executive Chairman & Founder

Kirk, the former Senior Vice President and Board Member at Kiewit Corporation, a Fortune 300 construction, engineering, and mining powerhouse in North America with over $11 billion in revenue. At Kiewit's Omaha, NE headquarters from 1997 to 2014, he led tunneling, heavy civil, federal, nuclear businesses, and corporate operations. Post-’retirement,’ Kirk now serves on the Boards of Directors for four major construction companies and holds membership on two aviation industry boards.

Chief Strategy Officer & Board Member

Jeffrey Rassás is a 25-plus year veteran of early- to middle-stage companies with extensive business management experience in strategic planning, funding, leading, taking public, and performing pivotal turnarounds for private and public ventures, across a variety of industries focused primarily in Internet and Technology sectors.

Tom is an investor who served as CEO and director at EVO Transportation & Energy Services, Inc, a national trucking firm serving the USPS and other freight customers. He currently sits on the boards of Nelson Worldwide Holdings, a national architecture, engineering, and interior design firm, Perception Capital Partners II, and SBH Funds. Previously, he held key roles at Dougherty Financial Group LLC. In addition, he has a notable history of leadership roles in organizations such as Citation Jet Pilots, MacPhail Center for Music, and the Archdiocesan Finance Council of the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis, among others.
